How fast can we start?

Starter/Grow: we can kick off this week and have content live next week. Full Comms: week 1 strategy, week 2 rollout.

Do you create Reels or short video?

Yes. Light video (reels, simple edits, captions) is included in Grow and Full. Bigger shoots can be scoped as add-ons.

Do you write captions and pick hashtags?

Yep. We write captions in your voice, choose hashtags thoughtfully (no spammy blocks), and schedule at smart times.

Who approves content?

Whatever is easiest for you. Most clients prefer a single monthly approval thread—fast, painless, and off your plate.

Do you monitor comments and DMs?

Can we switch tiers later?

Absolutely. Starter/Grow are month-to-month; Full Comms is a 12-month engagement for stability and planning.

Who owns the content?

You do. All final assets (and editables) are yours. We organize them so you always have easy access.

Do you work with boards/committees?

Yes—often. We’ll set a simple approval cadence that respects governance without slowing you down.

Can you align social with our email/newsletter?

Yes—especially in the Full Comms tier. We coordinate topics and timing so channels reinforce each other.

What if we don’t have many photos?

No problem. We’ll create branded graphics, source suitable stock, and build a light asset library while we capture fresh visuals over time.
