1 day intensive for small staff teams

VIP Days: strategy, systems and content in a single working day.

A week before our day together you fill out a short questionnaire. On VIP Day, we start with a focused morning call. Then you go about your day while I build what you need and deliver everything by the end of the day.

  • You get a simple, realistic ninety day communications plan.
  • You leave with copy and templates, not just ideas.
  • You know exactly how to connect, where to connect, and how often.

VIP Days are offered virtually, with limited dates each month.

What a VIP Day looks like

A one day sprint that starts with a clear conversation and ends with real tools you can start using right away.

You work. I build.

Rest of the day

Ask a quick question

Is a VIP Day a good fit for you

VIP Days are for leaders who are carrying communications on top of everything else and want one focused day to get out of “I will do this someday” and into “this is mapped, written, and ready.”

Executive directors Small firms without a marketing team Solo comms or ops staffers Boards that need a starting point
Great fit if
You are ready to finally get this off your mental to do list.
  • You know your communications need attention and you want help making a simple, realistic plan.
  • Your social feeds, website, or newsletter do not reflect how strong your work really is.
  • You are willing to be honest about your capacity and let me build around that.
  • You prefer one strong, focused day instead of a slow, drawn out project.
Not the best fit if
You really want ongoing management instead of a focused sprint.
  • You are still unsure of your main goals or who needs to approve decisions.
  • You only want a quick brainstorm, not a full day of build time.
  • Your team cannot complete a short questionnaire or join a one hour call.
  • You would rather have full, ongoing support. In that case, take a look at the monthly packages.

How your VIP Day works

The process is simple. A short questionnaire, a focused morning call, then I build and deliver your tools by end of day.

Phase one, before
Questionnaire and priorities
About a week before your VIP Day you receive a short questionnaire about your organization, your goals, and your current channels. This lets us skip the “catch up” phase and move straight into decisions.
We decide together whether to focus on:
  • A ninety day social media plan with Canva templates.
  • A refreshed newsletter format and content calendar.
  • Clear key messages and talking points you can reuse everywhere.
  • Or a focused mix that fits into one day of build time.
Phase two, on the day
Morning call and build time
We start with a sixty minute Zoom call to review your answers, set priorities, and confirm deliverables. Then you go back to your workday while I build in the background.
Your time commitment:
  • Fifteen to twenty minutes to complete the questionnaire.
  • One hour for the morning call.
  • Being reachable for a quick check in if I need a fast decision.
Phase three, after
Delivery and support
By the end of the day you receive a single folder with your plan, copy, templates, and a simple checklist. You also receive a short video where I walk through everything for you.
After your VIP Day you have:
  • All deliverables in one organized place.
  • A quick video walkthrough you can share with staff or board members.
  • Fourteen days of email support for questions as you start to post and send.

What you walk away with

The exact mix of deliverables changes based on your goals, but every VIP Day ends with tools you can actually use, not just a list of suggestions.

Questions you might be asking

I want this to feel simple and supportive, not overwhelming. Here are a few common questions.

Do we have to be on Zoom all day?
No. We meet for the morning call, then you go about your day. I build in the background and only reach out if I truly need a quick decision from you.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes. Standard is fifty percent to reserve your date and fifty percent on the VIP Day. If you need a different schedule because of your budget cycle, we can talk about that.
What if we decide we need ongoing help?
The VIP Day can be a starting point for ongoing work. If it makes sense, we can move into a monthly package where I manage or co manage your communications using the plan we created.
How far in advance should we reach out?
VIP Days are limited so I can give each one my full attention. If you are planning around a campaign, event, or fiscal year, send a note as soon as you are considering it, even if you do not have a date yet.
What do you need from us before the day?
Your completed questionnaire, any logos or brand files, links to your current website and social channels, and a rough sense of your goals for the next six to twelve months. The questionnaire walks you through all of this.
I am not sure what we need. Should I still email you?
Please do. Share a few sentences about your organization and what feels messy right now. If a VIP Day is not the right fit, I will say so and point you toward other options, including micro consulting if that is better.

Ready to stop winging it with your communications?

A VIP Day gives you a clear plan, real assets, and a partner to walk through the decisions that have been stuck on your plate for too long.

Tell me a little about your organization and what you are hoping to tackle, and we will find a date that works.
